Felicia Novina, Account Manager at ERD

Felicia holds a Bachelor of Economics in Marketing Management from Indonesia, where she was born and raised. In 2015, her love for travelling and eagerness to learn brought her to Melbourne to pursue her Master of Global Media Communications at the University of Melbourne. She then stayed in Melbourne for work after graduation.

She started her career back in Indonesia and to date, her career spans advertising, public relations, crisis management and marketing communications. She has worked with a variety of clients such as McDonald's, Reckitt-Benckiser, Nestlé, ANZ, Standard Chartered, CBRE, Melbourne Recital Centre and City of Melbourne council. She is currently working as an Account Manager at ERD, a multi-discipline graphic design studio. Her previous experiences have provided a great equity for her to work with her clients to deliver successful communications on all fronts.

Felicia is also an Ask Alumni mentor, contributing her time and energy in support of students.

Georgina Harvey, Architect

Georgina has recently returned to Melbourne from the United States to take up a role as Assistant Development Manager for property development and investment group Riverlee.

Until recently, she was an architectural designer and Associate at Robert AM Stern Architects (RAMSA), New York, a 320-person firm of architects, interior designers and supporting staff, with an international reputation as a leading design firm in residential, commercial, and institutional work with projects throughout the United States and across Europe, Asia, and South America. She was Project Manager on domestic and international residential projects. Georgina joined the firm in 2013 following four years as a Graduate Architect at design worldwide partnership.

Georgina is an alumna of Ormond College and a graduate of the Bachelor of Performance Design (Architecture) and Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne. She received a Melbourne University Global Mobility Study Scholarship and also represented the Melbourne University Boat club, rowing in multiple international regattas.

During her time in New York, Georgina was Secretary and more recently Co-President of the University of Melbourne New York Alumni Association.

Gonzalo Vargas, Supply Planning Manager at Dulux Group

Gonzalo's passion for process automation can be traced back to the beginning of his career. He's enjoyed many positions in supply chain management over the past decade, in some of the most renowned FMCG organizations such as L’Oréal, Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser. The common denominator in all of them? A desire for making people’s life easier in the work environment. Creating, modifying and fine-tuning procedures in a constantly evolving world is something that he's always thrived for.

Originally from Mexico, Gonzalo is an Industrial Engineer with a Master in Engineering Management from the University of Melbourne.He has experience in planning (production, supply and demand), logistics, warehousing, procurement and customer service, and he currently works for Dulux Group as the Planning Manager at the Merrifield site - the biggest site in the country by volume of paint produced.

Gonzalo is also an Ask Alumni mentor, providing career mentoring to current students.

Tania Smith, Director Sustainable Finance at ANZ

Tania is a Director within ANZ's sustainable finance team and has over 14 years of experience advising governments, investors, global corporates and non-profit organisations within Australia, Asia, the UK, Europe, USA and the Middle East. With a strong focus on corporate sustainability, ESG, climate change, green infrastructure for cities and economics, she has managed large multidisciplinary teams on projects which have involved complex data analysis, extensive stakeholder engagement, and innovative business planning and reporting. Advising clients on the optimum funding and financing options and considering investment risks, she helps clients make robust and sustainable investment decisions.

At ANZ, she's helping clients to maximise their investment in sustainable initiatives and infrastructure projects using innovative financial mechanisms such as green bonds, social bonds and sustainable performance linked loans. She has previously worked for the likes of Arup and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Tania has a Bachelor of Commerce/Bachelor of Science and a Master of Environment from the University of Melbourne and was a member of the University of Melbourne UK Alumni Association whilst working in London.
