Check out your Melbourne future - Graduate Study Expo
Considering graduate study? But not sure how to go from decision to resolution?
We understand that the decision to take up graduate study is a momentous one. So each year, the University of Melbourne gathers all its graduate schools – 18 in all – in one convenient place.
This September, Melbourne’s 18 graduate schools will be presenting their courses at the Graduate Study Expo in the Grand Ballroom at Sofitel on Collins.
Graduate study is an investment in your future, which will set you apart as a leader in your field. With more than 400 graduate courses offered, you’ll have the opportunity to find the degree you need to master your profession.
Employers are looking for people who have demonstrated commitment to their chosen field. That’s why, on average, Australians with a graduate degree earn $24,000* more than those with a bachelor degree. Under the Melbourne Model, University of Melbourne graduates rank highest for Australian Employer reputation†, with our degrees producing work-ready, self-directed learners, with breadth and depth to their education.
The Melbourne Model is designed to build strong connections between our graduates, the community and their desired industry, for a professionally relevant education. You can attain a qualification to prepare you for your career, or gain advanced knowledge for further development and career progression. Or, if you are considering undertaking graduate research or a PHD at the University, you’ll be supervised by leading experts in your field and world-class researchers.
If you want to go further than your undergraduate qualification, the Graduate Study Expo is a great place to start exploring your options. Academic and professional staff will be available at the expo to talk you through options, and answer questions about our courses.
